You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.
Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at boohoo. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery.
A form of identification along with your collection code will be needed to collect your parcel. Accepted forms of ID are:
